We aim to ship all orders 2-3 working days from being placed (Please allow 5 working days for despatch of personalised items) Our standard method of delivery is Royal Mail and is usually delivered within 1-3 working days once dispatched from the Studio.

In the unlikely event that there was any delay in a dispatch of your order (for example during very busy period such as Christmas, or a technical difficulty) we will always contact you to make you aware of the issue.


Domestic shipping - UK

All orders within the UK will be shipped 1st Class Royal Mail and will usually arrive within 1-3 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight at the checkout


International Shipping

We now ship worldwide! 

For our customers in USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand your order can be placed right here on our website and the final delivery cost will be calculated at the checkout based on the weight or your order.

We are very committed to our customers satisfaction and if you are unhappy in any way with your order please do contact us as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted, however we ask for the item(s) to be returned to us in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Please keep any proof of return receipts should there be any issues with the delivery return. 

We aim to issue all refunds within 48 hours of receiving the returned item(s).Please refer to our returns policy for more information.​
